Cancellations & refunds Politicy

If the cancellation is made more than 4 days before the start date of your booking: free of charge.
If the cancellation is made 4 to 2 days before the day your booking is due to start: penalty of 20% of the final price of your booking.
If the cancellation is made on the day of arrival or 1 day before the start of your stay: penalty of 100% of the total amount paid.
For cancellations after the start of the stay, no amount will be refunded.
